If BSIS determines that an applicant's arrest record shows he/she has past arrests ending with 'No Despo', what will the applicant be required to do?
Answer: Applicant has 45 days to obtain written proof from the arresting agency involved with the No Dispo item(s) of whatever final disposition of the matter was, and provide to BSIS
